The upcoming BTS POP-UP : MAP OF THE SOUL will run mainly online as “Online Store ASIA” due to COVID-19.

  • The offline experience store "Showcase in Singapore" will operate through an online pre-reservation during the same period. More details will be given in additional notices.

Dates : 10 AM, November 14, 2020 to 10 PM, February 14, 2021 (SST)

            - Pre-membership registration open : 11 PM, October 30, 2020 (SST)

Notice before Purchase

  1. All items can be purchased on “BTS POP-UP Online Store ASIA” except products that are exclusive to BTS POP-UP Showcase in SINGAPORE.
  2. BTS POP-UP Online Store ASIA is only available in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
  3. New products are scheduled to be added on several fixed dates: sales periods vary by each product and products may be sold out early.
  • New products will be released every week.
  1. Payment methods will be indicated on the website. Payment can only be made by the indicated methods.
  2. All payment currency is in USD.
  3. Free local shipping for all orders over USD 35, regardless of location.
  4. Purchases are limited to three (3) of the same item per person; purchase limitations may vary by item. (For products with different sizes, up to three (3) of each sizes can be purchased)

  6. Delayed or lost shipping can occur if you input an incorrect Please ensure that the address that you enter for the order is correct. It will not be possible to re-ship if the product is out of stock.

Cancellation, Exchange and Refund

  1. In the case of a payment order, it is not possible to change the address or cancel the order
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order status states “Ready to Ship”.
  3. Items cannot be cancelled partially if the order was made all at once. You may cancel the entire order first, and then create a new order with the items you wish to purchase.
  4. In the case of any incorrect or defective product, you may request for a return within 7 days upon receiving your order.
  5. Please note that refund will not be provided for change of mind, designs or sizes of products.
  6. Refund may be rejected for the following cases:
    1. Change of mind
    2. Damaged packaging or labels (cut, lost, damaged labels or missing packaging)
    3. Products that have an odor, perfume residue or signs of being used, worn or washed
