From 1st May 2021, the BTS POP-UP Showcase in BANGKOK will be allowing walk-in, subject to available capacity within the venue. Please note that walk-in entries will not receive a door gift and priority for entrance will go to persons who have a pre-reservation via our online reservation system.

Please be reminded to avoid crowding outside the showcase and always maintain safe distancing at all times.

We are pleased to announce our guest information & purchasing guide for [BTS POP-UP: MAP OF THE SOUL Showcase in BANGKOK] planned for opening on 1 May, 2021.

Operation Schedule

  • Dates : 1 May to 25 July, 2021
  • Operating hours : 10 AM to 10 PM (THA)
  • Location : Quartier Gallery, M Floor, The EmQuartier

Online Pre-reservation

  1. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, entrance admission will only be available via online pre-reservation.
    2. Online pre-reservation schedule will open every Friday for each weekly session.

Admission

  1. Ticket holders are advised to arrive 10-15 minutes before the selected time slot and join the entry queue – verification via registered mobile number OTP.
    2. Upon verification, ticket holders will be issued a wristband and be directed to the respective queue lanes for safe entry check-in and temperature taking.
    3. No food and drinks are allowed in BTS POP-UP Showcase.
    4. No re-entry is allowed.

COVID-19 Preventive Guidelines

In consideration of the current COVID-19 situation, we will be taking the following measures;

*Limiting the number of guests in the BTS POP-UP Showcase to ensure safe distancing between patrons and staffs;
*Masks must be worn at all times;
*Hand sanitizers will be available at the entrance, exit and all zones;
*One meter safe distancing in the entry queue at all times;
*One meter safe distancing in the cashier queue at all times.

PURCHASE NOTICE

  1. BTS POP-UP Showcase items can only be purchased once after entrance.
    2. Payment can be made via cash, debit card and credit card.
    3. Please note that exchange or refund will not be provided for change of mind, designs or sizes of products.
    4. In the case of any defective items, exchange or refund will only be provided on the same day of purchase.


Exchange / Refund Policy

  1. Exchange or refund can only be made on the day of purchase at the BTS POP-UP Showcase. Please bring along the receipt and credit card used for payment.
    2. If the products you wish to exchange are out of stock, a refund will be issued to you instead.
    3. Products for exchange must be in its original packaging with the label tag on.
    4. Exchange and refund may be rejected for the following cases:
    * Change of mind
    * Damaged packaging or labels (cut, lost, damaged labels or missing packaging) caused by the customer
    * Products that have an odor, perfume residue or signs of being used, worn or washed
    5. For more information on exchanges and refunds, please talk to a staff member before entering the store.

Notice for Guests

  1. Only guests who have made an online pre-reservation will be able to enter BTS POP-UP Showcase, for a maximum stay of one (1) hour.
    2. Please wear a mask at all times and maintain safe distancing of one meter in BTS POP-UP Showcase to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
    3. Anyone who does not wear a mask and does not comply with the preventive guidelines at the point of entry and inside BTS POP-UP Showcase may be asked to leave.
    4. Please be responsible for your own personal belongings. BTS POP-UP Showcase Management will not be responsible for any loss, damages or theft.
    5. No food and drinks or pets are allowed in BTS POP-UP Showcase.
    6. For the safety of our guests and staff, CCTVs are in operation.
    7. Photography or videography for commercial or promotional purposes without prior agreement may be restricted.
    8. BTS POP-UP Showcase management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or ask any guest to leave the premises for conduct deemed disorderly or inappropriate.
    9. We may take pictures & videos inside BTS POP-UP Showcase, and these images or videos may be uploaded through HYBE’s social channels, social media platforms, etc. We ask for your kind understanding.

Order/Cancel/Shipping

What's the difference between each condition?

Ordered

*Order made and payment completed.

The order has been completed, and we confirmed receipt of full payment with all order details.

*Payment completed.

You cannot cancel or change your shipping address, once the payment is completed.

Shipped -> You will receive a URL with a tracking number

Please note that the expected shipping time is different depending on the country and the courier. Please check in detail with the provided tracking number.

In case of a failed final delivery attempt, the order will be returned.

If you proceed COD, the courier will contact you directly. We update our system regarding the shipment completion upon courier's confirmation. 

*Singapore

For Singapore, the courier will directly handle the shipment after the payment is confirmed. A tracking number will not be provided. Please contact our Singapore CS team for further questions.

Return / Refund

-Item color may vary slightly depending on the monitor manufacture. Also, the placement and color of the item label can be different from the image.

-Delivery error or damaged/defective item: Refund is available within 7 days after receiving the package or within 30 days after your recognition.

 The followings are not eligible for return/refund

-Change of mind

-Items that lost its value: having a trace of scent( cigarette, perfume, fabric refresher), used items, washed, opened, stained, and damaged item or a free gift, etc.

-Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damages, used even if the item was defective upon arrival.

-If the package has been opened for the item that has a chance of reproduction.

-Any item from which the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective on arrival.

-If there is a difference between the color of the actual item and the color seen on the customer's monitor due to the effect of shooting or resolution.

-Print or textiles may be slightly different from the image on the product detail page.

-All free gifts including event and promotion items, must be returned together with the returning item for refund.

-All returns are followed by the regulations based on the consumer protection act in e-commerce.

-Items purchased from the official online store cannot be exchanged/refunded at the official offline store.

-Products purchased from the official offline store cannot be exchanged/refunded at the official online store.

For any returns of wrong, damaged, or defective items, the shipping fees will be paid by us. Please contact our CS team for more detail about the returning fee.
